Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra LP – same (1989)

The first LP by this top band from Japan. For the story, in the late nineties I was on my way to see them live in Nîmes during La Feria, when a friend and I got stuck in a faulty elevator in Montpellier, prior to taking the train. After waiting for a while we finally got out of there on time to witness the grandeur of Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra. The concert was a real blast! Lots of people, the band was all dressed in pink suits and jumping everywhere, the music was tight and fun, we all had an excellent time. Listening to this LP takes me back there, and the music is still fresh and groovy!
