The World Of Tsuzumi LP – Kisaku Katada (1975)

A superbly atmospheric experience around the Tsuzumi, a japanese drum used in Nagauta, a type of traditional Japanese music of which Kisaku Katada, a Japanese percussionist, appointed as a Living National Treasure by the Japanese state in 1999. The LP includes versions of jazz classics like Take Five.
