The Arrows 7′ – Baby Ruth / I’m Looking Over A Four Leaf Clover (1965)

Nice picture sleeve issue of the US frat/surf rock band The Arrows, Davie Allan’s backing band. For the history bit, Davie Allan is an American guitarist best known for his work on soundtracks to various teen and biker movies in the 1960’s. Allan’s backing band is almost always the Arrows, although they have never had a stable lineup.

A side is the best one, an instrumental with manic rhythm section and toy-organ sound, perfect for go-go dancing.
