Count Buffalo & The Jazz Rock Band LP ‎– Soul & Rock (2023)

Being a fan of the drummer Akira Ishikawa, I could not give this LP a pass. This 1969 release is another demonstration of how great and innovative this musician and his crew were at the end of the sixties. One of the first ventures into Jazz-Rock, this LP combines classic rock and soul versions with jazz that often dips into free spirited dimensions. A very unique album from a unique Japanese character.
