A Thousand & One Nights OST LP – Tomita & The Helpful Soul (1969)

Rare first issue of this cult soundtrack by Isao Tomita and obscure GS band The Helpful Soul. Both artists were chosen by famous Japanese manga artist Osamu Tezuka to illustrate in 1969 this far-out version of the 1001 Nights. The music is excellent, very psychedelic and atmospheric. If you don’t know it, check it out now but you should also try to watch the movie!
