SOLD – Mercy 7′ – Love / Fire Ball (1969)
Yes B sides again! This time it’s the flip of this 45 by Florida band The Mercy who had a hit with the A side “Love Can Make You Happy”. No happy-go-lucky singing on the B side, “Fire Ball” is well-named indeed. Fuzz guitar and uptempo rhythm, it greatly surfs on the frat rock go-go genre and was used in the movie also titled “Fireball”.
